Live Aqua Review from August 2023
We joke about calling Live Aqua, Love Aqua instead because we enjoyed the stay so much. We were there from 8/21/23-8/25/23 and the resort was really light on compacity. We never fought for space at the beach or at the pools. There were plenty of employees around to help with anything we needed. We did spoil ourselves and chose to have butler service and they were exceptional. We will definitely look for a Live Aqua for future travel.

Mexico, specifically Cancun, Doesn’t Get the Credit It Deserves
First time to Mexico and was a great experience! This all-inclusive is awesome if you like low key grownup vibes. Checkin was easy. Staff on hand, everywhere, to accommodate you.(the friendliest ever) The various restaurants gave you the ability to choose, almost, everyday what kind of food you’d like. **our fav, the seafood corner** Met some great people and hung out at the bars down the way (Abelongo and La Vaquita). There’s a high-end fashion mall across the street if that’s your jam. To tour the “7” stretch of resorts, shopping, etc., hop on either the bus 1 or 2. (about $1 us) *You’ll need to hold on tight as the bus speeds like no other.* When you want off go to the front and let the driver know. To catch the bus back to your resort you’ll need to cross to the other side of the road, traveling the opposite direction and, look again for bus 1 or 2. Last but not least- the pool options are phenomenal. The cabana staff went above and beyond. Make sure to take care of your cabana person as they’ll make sure to take care of you. Our favorite, Eduoardo, was the absolute best. Look for him! Such a humble kind human. (Pictured below) We will definitely come back! ~ the only real negative are the drinks are watered down. If you drink beer it’s better.~

Exceptional experience
Amazing experience! Great customer service, clean resort and delicious food. I have celiac disease and there were many safe options for me. Butlers Rodrigo and Maggie were the best! They were very attentive and friendly.

Near Perfect Five Star All-Inclusive Beach Resort in Cancun
We booked an Aqua Suite which includes a Butler to assist with reservations, a Lounge with snacks and drinks, and a Cabana by the pool or beach. Food: The food was actually quite good. We are from New Orleans so we have high standards for food quality. Breakfast was buffet style but very good. Lunch was at several outdoor grill stations where hamburgers, hot dogs, nachos, grilled meats (Chorizo, pork chops, and chicken were available all afternoon. Dinner was at several restaurants. We tried MB (OK, not great), the italian restaurant (excellent) and room service (excellent). Beach and pool: Excellent Activities: We did water aerobics but they also had nighttime Karaoke. Could have more pool activities. Service: Exceptional. I have rarely experienced such excellent service throughout the resort. Cleanliness: Exceptional. Never seen a cleaner hotel. Negatives: The only negative we can think of is the wine. We are wine lovers and the house wines are marginal at best. The bottle prices throughout the resort are 10x what we pay in the US, even for Mexican and South American wines. We went .3mi south of the resort to a wine store to satisfy this need. My suggestion is that the resort should stock some god inexpensive Mexican wines ($8-15 per bottle) to serve or sell to their guests at a reasonable price. We loved the place and will definitely return. If we have to bring some of our own wine, it is still well worth it!

Great mini vacation
One of the best all inclusive we have been to. Overall, everyone was nice, no one bothered you juts wanted to help you if needed. Food was great and showers were hot and great pressure! (You don't get that many many all inclusives). Wish the pool water wasn't lukewarm at times and better nightlife but overall loved it!
