Five stars, excellent service, very intimate environment. We will be coming back, it is worth every penny. Our butlers Eric and Abraham were on top of everything. We had a pretty busy schedule because I intended to drag my dear husband of 19 years to as many parks as possible in a 5 day stay. We had our dinner reservations, special events and shows lined up in a well organized schedule. Transportation (mostly private) was always on time. We had the best time at LCDLP, don’t miss the chocolateria!!! Best chocolate ever. Part of me wants to share it with the world and part of me wants it to remain the best kept secret! I am torn but here I am writing about it with the firing passion of a thousand burning sun!

Beautiful place with even better people.
Honestly, there isn’t a single thing at the resort that deserves less than 5 stars. Truth be told, I would give more than 5 stars if I could. This was our second visit to la Casa de La Playa, and it mostly definitely will not be our last. Every decision made about the resort, the food, the room designs, the fitness facility, spa, and other amenities was done with intention. The thought that went into it all was tremendous, and it shows. We would be remiss if we didn’t discuss the people at the resort. Everyone you come across is so kind and helpful. We were lucky enough to have David as our butler for both trips, with a terrific addition of Gabriela this visit. They genuinely could not have made the trip any better. We try not to be demanding, but David and Gabriela genuinely thought of everything. They fulfilled every request we had and handled ones we didn’t even think to make. The little things they did, made the trip so special. I hope everyone has a chance to experience these two wonderful people during their visit. The people make this place so special, without them it would be amazing, but not as amazing. We visited most of the restaurants, some twice. The food is always amazing, never a miss. The fitness facility is top notch. We have visited numerous resorts/hotels, never have we had a facility this nice. The masseuses are little magical beings. They are all so small, but have the hands of giants. We left 2 inches taller, feeling like we could take on the world. We did two private events, this trip: 1) wine tasting; and 2) Xenotes tour. I highly encourage both. Pavel, the Sommelier, was so wonderful. He genuinely brought the wine to life. Each glass was perfectly paired with foods from the region where the wine was made. We have done wine tastings in France, Italy, and Napa. Pavel’s topped them all. The xenotes tour was wonderful, just us and one other couple. The tour is scheduled to beat all the crowds, we had several cenotes to ourselves. An experience we will not forget. I promise you won’t be disappointed with a visit here.

Best Hotel Stay Ever!
This was hands down the best hotel my husband and I have ever stayed at. We had such a wonderful experience. Everything was exceptional. The service, the food, the small gifts, the room service, housekeeping, everything! It was all SO amazing. We honestly cannot wait to be back. A special thanks to our amazing butlers Guillermo and Gabriela. They are such kind souls. They always responded and always provided exceptional service and help. Thank you!!!

Absolutely Amazing! Vacation taken to a new level.
This place is amazing! We spent 8 days/7 nights here. My husband and I along with our 2 adult daughters. We had two rooms next to one another. The rooms, the service, the food, everything is just perfect. There is not detail that has not been thought of. Room had a great view of beach. Although we were on the third floor we had a wading pool on our balcony. Hammock over the pool was my husband's favorite place to read. And a volcanic rock soaking tub. Bathroom had all the toiletries you could need including sunscreen and bug repellant. Shower had two rain water shower head with a view of the Caribbean Sea/Gulf of Mexico. Of course if needed you could pull a curtain and push a button to darken the glass. Food choices are bountiful. Never had a bad meal. There is excellent variety and service is always very attentive. They ask every time about food allergies to ensure no one has any issues. Drinks are bountiful. Plenty of things to do given the number of Xcaret parks that you can visit. WE went to Xenses, Xlor Fuego, and a visit to Tulum which included the Xel-he water park. There is more to do than you can get done given we just wanted to relax in our room, at the pool, and on the beach. Last but so not least, we had butler service. Mariel and Celest May were magnificent! They helped us with whatever we needed. They checked on us every day to make sure we were good and see if we needed anything. They arranged trips and made recommendations for us. Specifically dinner on the beach was fabulous along with the Islote Maya dinner. They made our vacation even more special. I cannot wait to go back!!

Good
This is the second time we go to Casa We loved it so much that made us want to come back! I have to be honest, although the service is excellent, I found it a little bit different from last time we were there. It’s a new hotel and it already has a lot of details to get fixed on the walls and ceilings (maybe not a lot of people notice) but I do. The butler are very nice and always making sure we are having a good time, I did feel a different vibe this time Por favor no dejen caer el Servicio Talvez más sonrisas y amabilidad A pesar de que la mayoría son muy amables esta vez si lo sentí un poco menos la atención y me hace dudar un poco para regresar Shout out to Alejandro en la Barra de la picina sus drinks son los mejores!!!! Todo el personal de área de picina son súper amables. Aldeni Guillermo Kiyoshi Cinthia Excelente servicio La comida de room service y la de el menu de la alberca me gusto más la ves pasada No se si cambiaron de chef pero no fue lo que esperábamos! Apesar de todo es el lugar mas hermoso que en visto las camas súper cómodas la vista al mar esta súper!
