Oct 01, 2023World Class service and Resort ,Wedding staff and Photographers are world class.
Just got back from Resort and we had a great vacation/Wedding at the resort from Oct 23-30 ,2023 .The staff at the resort are amazing and top notch service as well food was great and they took care of my family’s every need even when things got mixed up with our rooms they fixed it right away.Our wedding went off without any issues and after waiting for 3 years due to Covid cancelled our wedding the staff made sure it was worth the wait to come to Jamaica 🇯🇲 to have our wedding at the resort.Only thing I wish the resort will do is get full amount of staff back pre Covid as the staff r working hard and they need more hands make lighter work.The beach 🏖️ area down on further east is the best area for peace and quiet hands down and if u got kids the resort has got a kids water park that keeps them quiet busy .Ive been to this resort multiple times throughout the years and they never failed my expectations yet so if u want the Jamaica vacation experience 5/5 come to this resort they will take care of you’re family.😊

We really enjoyed our 2 weeks here. On the whole, it's a good hotel. However, there were a few things letting it down, none spoilt our holiday though. The rooms were a bit tired, and we were moved twice due to a water leak through the ceiling and a terrible smell in the next, but the final room all good. Good Pools especially children's pool, plenty of loungers everywhere. Fresh towels whenever you needed them, Beach, clean and a gentle slope so safe for children Buffet restaurants - food was excellent, I loved the seafood night with lobster, shrimp etc. Cleanliness was good in all areas Staff were generally good, friendly and efficient Entertainment was generally good, throughout the day and evening shows. Not so good The hotel was a bit tired, however they are currently working on refurbishment of a few blocks. The air conditioning didn't work in a number of areas (sports bar, couple of restaurants) and only had fans to cool, fine in bedrooms though A la carte restaurants were poor, apart from Brazilian. Very, very limited vegetarian options and courses took forever to come out. Shops and additional services like taxi's, trips were excessive. None of the above stopped us having a great holiday. All in all a good hotel.

Stayed in the luxury side, air- con and wi-fi excellent.The downside was the food which was repetitive and could have been better. All staff were amazing and hotel clean just some areas need a spruce up - before this could get a higher star rating would go back @ some point for sure.

5 Stars - Just Plan Your Food Right!
Our honeymoon stay at Bahia Principe was near perfect - entertainment is spot-on, excursions are pretty easy to book and were super memorable, and service was good overall. For food: The lunch buffet is not great - the breakfast buffet is better. We loaded up on breakfast and didn't eat much else until supper. Room service food is not good. When you arrive, book all the restaurants you want to go to for supper right away, on the lobby computers. All the restaurants are good - you can't really go wrong. They also stock your fridge with snacks and drinks, which is a nice touch. Keeping these things in mind for food, with the rest of the experience, this is 5 stars. The 3.5 stars average rating shouldn't deter you... it's a bit low for what the experience is actually like. We would come here again.

Entertainment crew work tirelessly to ensure the place is enjoyable. Big up Kevin, Orlando and others. There are promotions so you can get a bottle of rum as long as you give the hotel 5 stars. That is because they know they fall well below. The hotel food is disgusting. All inclusive does not mean all inclusive. We attended the knife restaurant and were told we could not order 2 mains. Why when it all inclusive? The serving staff Cedella was disrespectful this I reported to Ariel I hope he takes it to HR like he said. Even other staff around said she was out of order. The room there was live electrics hanging from the wall. Picture included. I have visited this hotel more than with family. After this experience I will not be returning. I suggest if you are thinking of going to this hotel go somewhere. It is 2 star at best. I hope the hotel makes improvements based on my review. But it is too late for me and my family.
