Our experience was very nice. We were able to relax which is what we came to do. I wanted to give five stars, but there were a few mishaps that we experienced. In a lot of areas inside the resort you can smell mold. Our room was strong with the moldy smell. I don't know if that's something that can be rectified since it was humid weather everyday. The air conditioner in the room caused a leak due to condensation. They had someone come and clear it out for us. Also, we weren't expecting to see the jungle creatures freely enjoy the resort as well, lol! They were these cat sized squirrel like creatures with no tail roaming the property. While they frightened us initially, they mostly kept to themselves just looking for food. A heads up about that fact would've been nice to know. The spa was very nice. We had massages and the staff was very helpful and attentive. Overall, the resort staff was very attentive and nice. Especially considering the fact that they seemed under staffed. We were impressed with the service of the staff. Alberto in concierge was fantastic. He was accommodating and thorough. He allowed us to tour the Preferred Guest area and was a great tour guide. He has such a nice and light hearted personality. He really does a great job in concierge! Great choice in Alberto Dreams Adventuras! The food was good as well. We enjoyed different cuisines every night. The outdoor entertainment was enjoyable. Overall, Dreams Adventuras did a good job in making us feel welcomed and accommodating us well. Would we return? Absolutely!

If you like a non existent beach, slow service, and minimum food options for an all inclusive hotel, by all means go here. Wouldn't call this a dream vacation. There's better out there! There's only one main pool and a preferred pool. So if you don't wanna pay extra which you shouldn't, since you pay for an all inclusive.. you only get one pool. Very small resort, and if it's crowded you actually have to wait for everything from seating or even a drink. Go to Hyatt Ziva Riveria Cancun! You will not be disappointed.

Mireya and Marco and luis G are the best. Very a tentative and made our stay enjoyable. Great activities clean room. Enjoyed the coziness of the resort. Food was so so but the drinks kept flowing.

Best vacation ever
Costumer service is the best. Mireya and her team are the souls of the hotel. Food: awesome, I like spicy food so World's Cafe is the perfect place. Italian food awesome, and not just the food, the service is great. Place is always clean. Just awesome.

Best service anywhere
We couldn't have asked for a better vacation than our week at Dreams Adventures River Maya. Service was over the top. Facilities were exceptional. Activities such as pool volleyball and bicycling with Mireya and her team kept us active and were a blast! Food and drinks were incredible. Baristas at the coffee shop made the best Mochas. Beach was not the greatest, but its in a lagoon and was very safe for swimming, paddle boarding. The resort is inside a larger, secure gated resort area, right on the marina, easy access to shops. We even found ruins down a nearby walking trail with some interesting snorkeling / swimming. We would definitely come back!!
