This was a wonderful stay and highly recommend you get a butter service if you visit. Kathrine and Juan Carlos were absolutely wonderful to my sister and I. Restaurants were great as well and the entire team works so hard to ensure your needs are met!! Will for sure visit again.

Home Away From Home
Royalton Riviera Cancun is my all time favourite resort, it’s practically a second home! My friends and I go almost every year around the same time and always have a blast! Orlando was there to assist us all week long. He was so efficient at responding back to us and fulfilling our requests. We love you Orlando and hope to see you again shortly!! The resort staff is always so welcoming and happy to help at the drop of a hat! The beach is so beautiful in the morning especially when the sun rises! This is a must go to resort!

Fantastic hotel
We arrived on the 7/9/23 for 14 nights our initial arrival didn’t go down to well we was very disappointed we was put in an room that didn’t fit our needs even though we sent emails to the hotel prior with our request to be told once we arrived that you can request but it doesn’t mean that they will accommodate them .well that’s my negative response my positive are after complaining to the reception whom are a total waste of time I complained to the guest relations team whom had a totally different attitude after speaking to recordo and Jacqueline we had our room changed and they both were fantastic they made the rest off our holiday a great experience. The place has fantastic restaurant and the bar staff are excellent especially the main bar upstairs only bad point is the sports bar which is totally for there America guest every one off the tv monitor have American sports on which is a total disappointment to any one that does not understand the games . All I say it that it is worth paying that bit extra to have a upgrade ie diamond club are hideaway after a bad start once again this hotel offers everything that you need good food good housekeeping and great guest services team once again a big thumbs up to Ricordo and Jacqueline.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE CAROLINA, EFRAIN, AND FALCON ARE THE BEST!
I just returned from staying a week the Royalton riviera and let me start off by saying from all the hotels I've been in Mexico, this one has to be the best one by far! From the moment we entered with the bell boys, to concierge, and everyone we met along the way it was amazing. Their work attitude, respectfulness and professionalism was amazing. The food in the buffet and in the restaurant was delicious and the drinks in the bars was 10/10. All of my friends and I (group of 12) were part of the diamond club, and although we had different butlers I can speak of my experience. Carolina, Efrain, and falcon were absolutely phenomenal! Whenever my boyfriend and I needed anything at all they were always they to get whatever we needed/ answer any questions and give us recommendations! They also helped out with my boyfriend prepare such a special night for our 5 years anniversary!! I recommend if you come to the hotel please ask for them, you will not be disappointed! I also wanted to give recognition to Orlando from the Buffet for being so attentive everytime we showed up! And also for Arturo from the Spa for helping accommodate such a big group and helping us out! I wish I could name everyone if I remembered everyone's name but honestly every single worker was always smiling and friendly even if you walked pass by them! I do wish there was a little be more of entertainment as far as the animation team during the day, but during the night the shows were spectacular. Only bad thing was since it was raining a bit there was mosquitoes at night (but Ofcourse we can't control that) but thankfully in the restaurant they have mosquito repellent that we were able to us. 100% recommend this hotel wether it's with friends, or family, or even for a wedding (which there was a couple during the stay and looked absolutely beautiful) You will not be disappointed!

Cesar Rodrigue is the best butler and made out stay special.
Went with diamond club. Worth the upgrade and you get a bulter. I would Highly recommend Cesar Rodrigue because he was on top of everything. Literally the best butler ever (request for him)He got us the best reservations to restaurants, scheduled cleaning, spa and outstanding service all around. He would actually come find us and make sure we are good and answered any questions we had. This resort is awesome.(Isaac Mayordomo was also great)
