Great place to stay for our 1st all inclusive. Service was great. Issues w/electricity going off, but it did not last long. Beach was awesome & clean. Daily Activities with Juan was a blast. He was awesome and made sure we had what we needed. Thank you Juan for being a great addition to Sunscape Sabor Cozumel.

Beautiful area in Cozumel. Staff very friendly, Rodolfo, Juan X2, Xana, excellent service. The room are very old and not kept up. Is almost imposible to get out of the bathrooms if you don’t have a strong grip in your fingers to open the 1/2 inch latch to upen the door ( my mother-in-law got trapped in her bathroom and needed rescue because she couldn’t grip the latch ) the shower pressure is non existent if you use soap forget about taking it off. The beds are hard as a rock I have back problems and I’m not asking for a therapeutic mattress but somehting soft the where do ware out that you can feel the springs of the bed. I hope they would do something fue that this property has a lot of potential. I couldn’t give you any info on the alcohol because I didn’t drink. The food. Was good can’t complain Mexican food is always good.

Great Week at Suncape
Had a great week at Sunscape. Was concerned about the reviews I had read and came to the conclusion it depends on what your expectations are. The resort is modest compared to others I have stayed at, but the property is very scenic, easy to navigate, Room were comfortable and clean. If you are expecting top notch food and booze you should pay more and try another resort but we were satisfied with food offerings and drinks. The access to Secrets Market Buffet was critical to round out food options. Staff in all areas of the hotel did a great job. For the cost we would return.

Great time with family and friends
we had a great time. Food was delicious. the place could use some updating however it didnt stop us from enjoying our time there. Beach was beautiful and calm however its rocky so I would suggest water shoes as a must.

May 06, 2023BEST beach and SUNSET Views with Welcoming Staff but needs some updating in the buildings.
Stayed 5 nights at the Sunscape Sabor Cozumel and they have a wonderful, friendly staff. We had a really fun time. Best Beach Access and Sunset Views!! The ENTERTAINMENT STAFF was very good. 5 stars goes to SARA as she made several rounds during the day to the guests recruiting them for events and helping them where needed. She personally greeted us each day. She has a pleasant and nice personality. She made us laugh during the events we participated in. She is a very organized and hard worker. JUAN worked with Sara and was just as nice and friendly. IMPROVEMENTS FOR RESORT: Need more KING bedrooms. We were told at check in that only KING bedrooms were on the 3rd floor and with NO ELEVATORS this can be difficult. The description for our room was KING garden view Deluxe. We had a view of the treed parking lot. The patio faced the next building and had views of the doors. There was a LOBBY BAR area that could be used for something other then a storage facility for chairs. It would make a great game room. When having live bands, they should be moved to main stage area by pool so people could dance. The POOL BAR area was just too small and people were packed into a small area.
