If you want an excellent service in a very nice and clean hotel then book your stay at Secrets Moxché! We had a very great stay here and can‘t complain about anything. The hotel complex is full of impressive details (great pools, restaurant, etc.) and such nice staff members.

The perfect holiday
We stayed at this hotel for a week in May and have come away looking forward to returning in the future. The variety and quality of food is excellent, the coffee shop is a treat, the resort itself is well designed and interesting to walk around and the staff are fantastic - they could not do enough for you. We had to move room half way through our holiday due to an issue we were unaware of and even that was handled efficiently, with an unexpected upgrade topping off a perfect stay

Fabulous retreat for wedding
We loved our stay at this hotel for our friends wedding. It was brand new and gorgeous, but our favorite was our concierge on our floor, Karina. She was a pleasure to work with and very personable. She was always smiling and anticipating our needs for recommendations, housekeeping needs, etc. She was always cheerful and charming and we looked forward to seeing her when we would walk on our floor or call for assistance. Only downside is that the property is still new, and therefore doesn't have lush greenery, spider monkeys, nor coatis. Kayaking in the ocean with the activities crew was fun.

Beautiful Pools
Beautiful Resort with Lots of heated Pools, lots of Chairs available by the pool, we did preferred and enjoyed breakfast at the roof top pool, pool was so warm, entertainment in events was 10/10 and food was delicious. Ocean is not good at all, full of sea grass and rocky.

Beautiful Property, amazing staff!
Clean and gorgeous property. The staff was so friendly and always there to help! For the most part the food was good. Pools are amazing and the property is set up to easily navigate where you want to go.
